Tillandsia Intermedia

Tillandsia Intermedia is a sturdy, bulbous air plant with plenty of character. Its overlapping leaf bases create a swollen, almost bulb-like body, while the long leaves can develop a natural twist and curl as the plant matures. Our plants aren't particularly curly right now, but that characteristic can become more pronounced as the plant's hydration and growing conditions change.

When it flowers, Intermedia produces an upright pinkish inflorescence with tubular purple flowers.
