Shipping policy

We use a variety of delivery services including Canada Post, UPS, Purlator, ICS etc. You will be e-mailed a tracking number after your order has been fulfilled.

Cost:  $15 flat rate, $20 during the winter months

Please note that shipping for the large and extra large air plant moss frames is $20 and free shipping is not available on these items.

Shipping for the tall terrariums (bottle and moroccan-inspired) is $15 and free shipping is not available on these items.

Shipping Speed

Regional:    Up to 3 days

National:    Up to 7 days

I ship out orders from Monday to Friday.  The cut-off time is 12:00 p.m.

Free Shipping

Shipping is free with a minimum purchase of $100 in Quebec and Ontario. Does not apply during the winter months.

Shipping in the Winter

I do not recommend shipping airplants in the winter. We will ship plants in the winter with a 72-hour heat pack, but we cannot guarantee the health of the plant if it is shipped in extremely cold conditions.  For this reason, we will not approve a return, refund or exchange of plants during the months of November - March.

Shipping Restrictions

I only ship to Canadian addresses. Because of the cost involved I do not ship to Yukon, NWT or Nunavut.
