Tillandsia Baileyi x Ionantha

This unique air plant hybrid brings together the best of two very different Tillandsias. Baileyi X Ionantha also known as Califano, has a distinctive bulbous shape, with slender leaves that grow from its rounded base.

When it’s ready to bloom, the centre of the air plant develops a beautiful blush of deep red, creating a striking contrast against its green foliage. It’s a fun transformation to watch and makes this hybrid especially eye-catching when it’s in bloom.
