About Raw Amethyst: Amethyst is a purple variety of quartz, known for its beautiful range of violet and purple shades. The colour can range from soft lavender to deep, vibrant purple, with the richest colours generally being the most prized. Amethyst is commonly found in Brazil, Uruguay and Zambia.
